Congratulations to Steve Stamatiou of Mati Constructions on the completion of 68 Sirius St, Coorparoo (Brisbane). As a complete knock-down and rebuild project, the planning and construction period spanned just over 12 months while the build consumed some 300 m3 of concrete. The award winning ‘Doonan Glasshouse’ was featured in an episode of Better Homes & Garden which aired on the 10th of April on Channel 7. Designed and built by Sunshine Coast-based architect Sarah Waller, this showpiece residence won the Australian Glass & Window Association’s 2019 National Design Award for the Best Use of Windows & Doors – Residential.
