When Suncoast Enclosures decided to renovate the 21-storey office tower at 150 George Street, Parramatta, they needed expertise and precision to meet the project's high standards. G.James was chosen to supply the glass and collaborate closely with the developer to ensure that every detail was executed perfectly.

The project involved installing a stunning 15mm frameless toughened glass with 19mm frameless fins. One of the distinct challenges was to match an existing nearby frameless glass installation, which necessitated the manufacture of custom stainless plates and fittings to seamlessly integrate with the current setup.

The project presented further complexities due to the slight slope in the floor and an opposing slope in the ceiling. To ensure flawless precision, we collaborated with Bacsoon Stainless, who provided detailed CAD drawings based on onsite measurements. This careful planning ensured all the joints and plates aligned perfectly.

Installation was achieved with the help of a spider crane from Sydney Glass Lifters and two scissor lifts, further demonstrating the need for technical competence and innovative equipment to complete the job efficiently.
