Scope and Design
The home’s architectural expression balances timeless coastal design with modern performance. Natural stone, timber finishes, and extensive glazing combine to create a sense of openness and calm.
G.James delivered the full scope of windows, doors, and screens, including:
- High Performance, Sliding Windows and Doors
- Manual and Powered Louvre Windows
- Auto, Bifold, Hinged and Pivot Doors
- Fixed Windows with 90° butt joints
- eStrut Awning Window
- Screens to suit.
The design required alignment across a wide variety of systems, from frameless corner windows to large sliding doors opening onto the water. The combination of natural light, ventilation, and unobstructed views was central to the architect’s vision, achieved through careful coordination between our team and the builder.
