The living space is divided into a large outdoor BBQ / kitchen / dining space on one side, and the spa / lounge area on the other. Both boast 360 degree views.

The glass canopy leads to a stunning outdoor area overlooking the neighbourhood. It is made of self cleaning glass. Being completely see through, it doesn’t create a visual barrier in the centre of this space, but divides the different areas up for their individual uses.
